Cancellation & Refunds

All our shipments are inspected carefully before dispatch. If you receive a product in a sub-optimal state, kindly notify us within 4 days of the date of delivery.

Acceptable Reasons

  • Damaged, Leaking, or Tampered Product
  • Broken Product or Packaging
  • Wrong Product Delivered
  • Product Post Expiration Date
  • Incomplete Order / Missing Products

Unacceptable Reasons

  • Opened / Used / Altered products
  • Original Packaging/Labels missing
  • Request made after 4 days of delivery
  • Report of damage after 4 days of delivery
  • Any reason apart from manufacturing defect

Return Process

You can initiate the return process by mailing us at support@sshyn.com.

Requirement: An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product must be sent within 4 days from the date of delivery.

Once the request is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued.

Refund Policy

Online Payments: Refund to original source within 7 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

COD Orders: Refund to your bank account within 14 working days. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order anytime by sending us an email at support@sshyn.com before the order is shipped. Orders once shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

For cancelled prepaid orders, the refund shall be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
